Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Field:
EPC Projects for oil/gas, power generation, mining and municipalities fields;
Such large mission is considered easy, due to the know-how and long experience of the well trained team. The professional steps for achieving the target of quality with minimum cost and meeting the time table are concluded in the following sequences;
1. Preparing high quality engineering and design services, in terms of design drawings, specifications, equipment sizing, data sheets, material selection and accurate bill of quantities.
2. Preparing the request for quotations (RFQ’s) and ordering the material and equipment considering all system parameters, design and site conditions.
3. Constructing the project taking into consideration the specifications, codes and standards procedures, construction quality and meeting the time table (project schedule) without any delay and HSE procedures.
4. Testing and commissioning the project in small and large scales works, using highly qualified team.
5. Handing over the projects on time taking into account any punish list raised by owner and or consultant representation.
6. Warranted the project as set forth in the tender, project specifications and addendums.
Design Calculations
1. Perform all piping / pipelines (heavy oil, crude, diesel, water, chemical, slurry, fire, air, steam and gas) sizing, hydraulic calculations and other calculations, such as thermal / contraction, pipeline stability, crossings, hydrostatic test, wall thickness, insulation and heat tracing.
2. Perform all rotating equipment (pumps, air & gas compressors and blowers), and static equipment (storage tanks, pressure vessels and shell, plate heat exchangers) sizing, selection, data sheets and specification.
3. Perform piping flexibility, stress analysis, reviewed stress report and pipe supports details.
4. Perform pipelines water hammer calculations, analysis and solutions of avoiding hammering.
5. Perform building services engineering calculations (HVAC, water supply, drainage, air, fire fighting) and air duct sizing.
6. Perform storage tanks/vessels sizing, calculations data sheets and material selection.
Storage Tanks Installation, Cleaning, Inspection & Painting
Tanks above-ground (AG), underground (UG) and vessels:
1. Cleaning all kinds of fuel, chemical and water tanks while they are in-service and with product still in them using closed loop filtering system and the cutting edge robotics technology (CERT) for large size storage tanks.
2. Inspection the fuel tanks plates during its service by ultrasonic testing.
3. Waste removal and separation of fuel, oil, water and solids.
4. Fuel (crude and diesel) and Oil (various kinds) polishing and treatment.
