Services offered by HCS include, and not limited to the following
- Study tenders and prepares proposals; cost estimation, man-hours estimation, projects conceptual / detailed engineering and design tasks of various green and brown field projects.
- Prepare projects basis of design, design criteria and specifications of mechanical / electrical equipment, piping, cabling and civil works.
- Perform engineering and design of the power generation / industrial plants, process facilities, auxiliaries / utilities systems (equipment and piping) network of (oil, fuel, water, slurry, fire, sewage, air, gas and steam) including pumping and air / gas compression stations.
- Prepare the process flow diagrams (PFD’s), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s), plant mechanical equipment arrangement, piping / pipelines Layout and details.
- Prepare all Mechanical and Piping material selection and material take off (MTO)
- Issue equipment request for quotations (RFQ) and evaluate the suppliers and vendors bids
- Perform zero shutdown system design plans for temporary backup of tank & piping system to maintain the operation of the plant during the cleaning of the plant main storage tanks.
- Prepare storage tanks, vessels, piping cleaning and repair procedures and drawings, using the unman entry robot and control system.
- Prepare equipment, pipelines dismantling, and storage tanks, vessels, piping relocation / demolition procedures and drawings.
- Prepare electrical engineering and design works include SLD’s, wiring diagrams, SCADA and PLC’s systems for low, medium, high voltage power and instrumentation / control.
- Civil engineering and design works include concrete, steel structure, soil, and storm / sewage drainage system.
- Site construction supervision, coordination and project management of mechanical, piping, process, electrical, instrumentation/control and civil activities.
- Prepare project schedule, deliverables and coordinate with all participating parties and other disciplines, to maintain the HSE, codes, standards and local regulations.
